Within this generalist HR role, you will be responsible for the delivery of our HR People Partner service and specifically Employee Relations Case Management to dedicated client groups working with a variety of stakeholders both face to face and virtually, ensuring the provision of a high level of HR Service to the business.
- Support and advise managers in all areas of Employee Relations covering the full range of issues including performance management, absence management, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases. This is approx. 60% of the role.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support the attraction, recruitment and selection for key roles across our Developments and Support Functions
- Work with internal stakeholders to review the optimum resourcing model for our developments and support the management of work force planning accordingly
- Support the development of our employer brand in the Services sector
- Ensure contractual compliance within all documentation including policies, procedures and employment contracts
- Work with the Reward team to ensure pay and benefits align to the marketplace
- Support the performance review, annual pay review and bonus processes
- Support reorganisation and restructuring programmes including leading consultation meetings as HR Representative and managing any exits
- Identify learning and development needs within the client group
- Support the apprenticeship programme delivery within Services
- Understand and analyse core HR metrics to inform people interventions
- Support employee engagement through the Great Place to Work model
- Be the trusted adviser on all people issues for your client managers
- Actively participate and contribute to the development of HR processes and work with the HR Administration team to improve service levels
- Work in collaboration with all areas of HR, including Talent, Resourcing, Operations, Administration and Reward to ensure the effective deployment of the HR strategy

This role will require travel across the Midlands.

**About You**
- CIPD Qualified
- Must have experience of managing an ER case workload including complex cases
- Experience of working in a fast-paced generalist HR Advisor role
- Experience of working in the Care, Retail or Hospitality sector would be advantageous
- Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalents)
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Able to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders
- A collaborative team player who is not afraid to get stuck into the detail and be hands-on when needed
- Responds positively to a high-pressure environment and able to adapt to changes quickly
- Resilient and able to cope with competing priorities and work demands
- Can do approach and self sufficient
