The role of this job is to work for a Public Sector organisation providing business support to manager such as organising meetings and filing documents. The role will also require cashiering however full training will be given on this if required.

The client is a well-established Public Sector organisation based in Leeds.

**Description**

**The Admin Clerk main responsibilities will be**:

- Provide a full cashier service including end of day balancing, raising monies, banking monies, requesting cash top ups etc. (training will be given)
- Provide support to managers including diary management, arranging meetings, booking venues, minute taking, circulating papers maintaining spreadsheets.

**Profile**

**The successful Admin Clerk will have**
- Great telephone skills
- The ability to work well in a team
- The ability to priorities their work load
- Experience of secretarial work such as diary management

**Job Offer**

- A 1 month contract with the potential to be extended
- Be paid £10-£11 per hour
