Our F&B area can seat 300+ visitors (inside and out) and is a high-volume operation. We feed and water super hungry surfers, our guests staying at The Camp, and spectators who come to hang out in our amazing venue._

As a **front of house team leader,** you will assist in the running of our F&B team that gives an amazing customer experience & is always safe, secure & legal.

**Our Team Leaders**:

- Plan and lead the shift so that everyone is performing at their best throughout the day to enhance our visitor experience
- Ensure necessary information is communicated to your team from the department manager
- Execute scheduled small group booking events
- Work in all sections, as and when necessary, from the bar to the back of house
- Are knowledgeable about the great products we sell and serve them with confidence
- Champion and role model the highest levels of service to the team
- Support the F&B Manager to deliver the departmental objectives and carry out admin tasks
- Assist the F&B Supervisor to train and develop level 1 & 2 FOH team members

Our ideal wavemaker will have great people skills, a desire to ‘muck in’ and champion and role model the highest levels of service and adherence to health and safety.

**This is a 32 hour, fixed term position which will run to the end of November. There may be a possibility to extend into the winter season.**
