Nursery Deputy Room Leader

Happy Days Nursery in Bradley Stoke is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional Deputy Room Supervisor to join the team at 100 place, OFSTED Outstanding Nursery

You will support the Room Supervisor in leading one of our five base rooms, offering support, mentorship and guidance to colleagues and overseeing the effective organisation of the room.

As Deputy Room Supervisor you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine” you will also support your room based colleagues, overseeing the day to day running of your allocated nursery room.

Your roles and responsibilities as Deputy Room Supervisor would include

- Holding a recognised level 3 qualification in childcare
- Supporting, mentoring and coaching colleagues, through induction, supervision and appraisal
