You will lead one of our five base rooms, offering support, mentorship and guidance to colleagues and overseeing the effective organisation of the room.

As Senior Room Leader you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine” you will also support your room-based colleagues, overseeing the day-to-day running of your allocated nursery room.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Senior Room Leader would include -

* Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work
* Being positive, confident and honest

* Holding a recognised level 3 qualification in childcare
* Supporting, mentoring and coaching colleagues, through induction, supervision and appraisal
