**About the Role**:
Our Client Support Coordinator is part of the front line of support for the patients and clinical (hospital) staff who use our data capture systems. by responding to their queries, leading training, offering support, and helping them to manage and improve their clinical data entry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation working with hospitals all across the UK, helping clinical staff and patients directly, all leading to improving patient care and enabling research.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to take their experience to the next level. You will enjoy solving clients’ problems and get satisfaction from helping them. Your most important attributes will be your readiness and ability to learn, your ‘can do’ mindset coupled with a rigour of thinking and attention to details.

Above all, you need to believe in our mission and want to join us to make a difference for people with IBD.

**Salary and other details**:
This is a fixed term role (9 months) for 4 or 5 days/week and offering a salary between **£26,000 and** **£29,000 FTE** depending on relevant skills and experience.

Place of work: Hybrid working.

We hold two interviews close together, both by Teams call. The second interview will be based around a relevant task (that you will do before the interview), to allow you to demonstrate your ability in relevant key areas. This also aligns with how we work, which is focused on end results.
