**KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES**

To proactively source new and manage existing equipment resellers within your sales region. To increase leasing revenues from IT, Photocopier, Telecom and other types of equipment resellers in your sales region and to make GRENKE Leasing the preferred leasingpartner of choice.

**SALES REGION**: All BT postcodes

**KEY TASKS**
- Achieve the quarterly individual and Branch targets detailed. (Targets may vary from time to time, but will in the main include Revenues, Number of Resellers, Contracts and Profit).
- Attend a defined number of meetings per quarter with both new and existing resellers.
- Present the benefits of GRENKE leasing products to reseller principles and their teams. When required, conduct formal and informal presentations to the reseller community.
- Work with Branch Administration colleagues to ensure Leasing Agreements are processed when required, but particularly at peak times during month and quarter end.
- Attend and complete company training courses to enhance understanding of the leasing industry, products and sales and other skills required for your role.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Leasing industry experience is not essential, however, to have completed a number of successful years in a Direct or Indirect Sales role is preferable
- An enthusiasm and desire to consistently achieve sales targets
- An ability to work unsupervised and to set personal objectives
- To be able work in a small team environment
- Competence using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- GRENKE Leasing uses bespoke software and full training on this will be given.
- Eager to learn and have a basic understanding of financial analysis and credit
- Willingness to learn our about GRENKE’s industry sector and products.
