**The role**:
**Opportunity for a Charities Probate & Estate Administration Senior Associate 5 years PQE to join a unique team operating at the forefront of the Charities sector, to be based in **Exeter.**
Sitting in the wider Charities practice, this team deals with all aspects of administering estates and probate matters where a charity client is an executor or administrator.
They are looking to welcome an experienced hire who deal with dispute resolution, legacy income management, property, and governance for charity clients.
Therefore, this role would suit a range of practitioners including:
- probate and estate administration specialist
- someone with experience of probate and estate administration within an institutional setting (e.g. a bank or trust company)
- charity legacy officer or manager with a legal background
- Charities Probate & Estate Administration Senior Associate 5 years PQE
- Track record in working for charities
- Excellent communication skills and desire to get involved with business development
