Physio & Health Matters is a successful physiotherapy business and we are currently looking for a responsible Administrator/Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Knowle, Solihull clinic.

Duties include:

- Answering the telephone
- Greeting and helping clients
- Booking appointments and operating the practice management system
- Taking payments
- Assisting in the company’s general administrative activities
- Providing support to other staff and managers

This is a varied and often high-paced job environment.

**Job Type**:
Full-time: 37.5 per week
