**Sales Representative | Hybrid | Full Time | £25,000 basic with personal bonuses and be part of team profit share | On target earnings of £30,000+**

This an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning UK team building company that boasts expert team building advisors powered by innovation and technology for engaging and seamless experiences.

You will convert pre-qualified leads to generate new business with existing and new customers. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales

You must have your own transportation to be able to reach the head office (Herts, SG14 2QS).

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Must be comfortable with CRM software
- Sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be competitive and goal oriented
- Must have effective time management and organisational skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must have a strong customer service focus

**What will your role as a Sales Representative look like?**
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate account manager for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective sales presentations to prospects
- Scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook and shared calendars
