Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Create and implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses, to ensure coordinated care

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and caring nature
- Ability to drive and have access to reliable transportation
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow them accurately
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in medication administration and first aid procedures

**Salary**: £10.90-£14.40 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
