SF Recruitment is looking for an experienced Office and Site/Facilities Manager to join a key client of ours based in Grimsby on a full-time, permanent basis. This will be an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm - however could be flexible aroundthis - and will pay between £25,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
Main responsibilities/duties
- Delivering a safe, secure, comfortable, clean, ergonomically well organised building that presents a welcoming and on brand experience for service users
- Providing safe and appropriate, well-functioning work equipment
- Ensuring services such as photocopying etc are effective and available at the point of need
- Making sure the necessary consumables are available - stationery, food, drinks, medical supplies at the point of need
- Handling petty cash, helping manage budgets, dealing with invoices
- PA or EA support to the person leading the service to whom they report
- The person in a large service may manage others who support them in their role
- Setting up visits and events and meetings
- Diary management
- Support with budgeting
- To be responsible for the health & safety of the site and provide a safe and effective working environment
- Undertake risk assessments
- Supervise repairs and act as project manager for small maintenance contracts and improvement schemes, ensuring best value for money is received
- Carrying out regular checks and inspections of the premises, equipment, and grounds
