Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to execution and handover.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimise productivity and cost-efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process.
Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among site staff.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
