We are seeking a self-motivated, driven and ambitious individual to join our team as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone to assist in managing our expanding portfolio of residential properties in West and Central London, with a particular emphasis on Customer Service & sales skills together with full dedication to Admin tasks property-related.

This is a full-time position, and gives flexibility to work both from home or from the office.

The position will be dynamic, hands-on, and quick-paced. No two days will be the same. The ideal applicant will be eager to join our Start up and developing company, extremely organized, resourceful, well-mannered, and has a love for Real estate and Property Design.

They will be given their own portfolio to manage, which will expand over time as they gain experience in their profession. Daily responsibilities will include onsite visits, taking care of Clients that need Relocation Services provided by our Firm, resolving problems that emerge inside the properties we manage, interacting with clients, working with a portfolio of Landlords and Homeowners, and ensuring tasks are done and signed off.

Day to day tasks:
1. Taking Clients/Applicants around and book viewings with Applicants and Retained Clients
2.Dealing with day-to-day property management issues as they arise & Inspecting vacant properties and reporting the visits to the team
3. Preparing /uploading properties for rental, including but not limited to organizing furnishings, ensuring the property is legally compliant, overseeing snagging, and ensuring the property is in top working order
4. Liaising with estate agents and Clients for property lettings
5. Progressing and agreeing on new tenancies
6. Setting up utilities for unoccupied and rental homes
7. Day-to-day office management
8.Taking Videos of the properties, arranging photo shootings and selecting furniture when required
9. Attending networking and marketing events

Skills/Experience:
1. Previous experience in managing residential property (min. 3 months)
2. Desire to join a growing business
3. Highly organized and capable of multitasking and setting priorities
4. Outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service
5. Adaptable, with a hands-on approach
6. Capability to operate alone at times with efficiency and self-control
7.Customer service & Sales skills
8.Able to work both within a team as well as with mínimal supervision
9.Sales driven approach
10.Excellent interpersonal skills
11.Exceptional organizational skills
12.Good attention to detail

Competitive salary based on Experience, Company Car as a potential benefit, flexible work both from home and the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
