An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established, family run business based in Tiptree, Essex. Known as an employer of choice, Adecco are proud to be working with our client to find the perfect Administrator.

Our client is looking for someone with proven experience working with Excel databases and who is confident with all aspects of Administration to support a busy team of four within their procurement department.

This is initially for a four week period on a temporary basis, however there could also be opportunities to move into a permanent role in the future.

Main duties:

- Support the team implement a new system
- Working closely with the team and other departments
- Input purchase orders
- Manage supplier order confirmations
- Request supplier information
- Updating information onto Excel spreadsheets
- Working with data to manipulate data and move between systems

Desired attributes:

- You will have high attention to detail,
- Good knowledge of Excel and other MS office packages
- Experience within database systems
- Be able to use own initiative and communicate clearly.

You must be able to commit to the full 4 weeks work

Drive due to location
- not accessible via public transport

Free parking onsite

Monday to Friday 8:30- 5pm
