**Description**

Sprout Social is looking to hire an Account Executive, Alliances (Salesforce) to the Revenue Partnerships team, to be based remotely in the United Kingdom.

**What you'll do**
- Receive and generate new business, growth and success opportunities utilizing our Salesforce partnership
- Respond to inbound referral inquiries by referring them to the right Sprout Social AEs. Track and follow through on opportunities.
- Create and deliver presentations both internally and externally on the value of our team's working together
- Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce's internal structure, goals, and challenges with a constant eye towards ecosystem growth
- Analyze account data and share insights both internally and externally, as applicable
- Ensure the highest level of partner and customer satisfaction
- Build an internal CRM of Salesforce AEs who participate in deal referrals to Sprout. Enable them so they can evangelize Sprout Social to their customers

**What you'll bring**

As an Account Executive, Alliances, you'll have experience working with, and expanding, relationships with various parts of the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll represent Sprout Social in the Salesforce ecosystem as well as ensuring our internal teams are informed and connected to their counterparts around the world.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

- 3+ years of alliances or channel experience
- Consistent and measurable track record of success
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and individuals

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

- Strong operations or detailed account planning experience (comfortable diving into the details)
- Self-directed and proactive approach to work - adept at working in highly-dynamic environments
- Creative thinker able to develop new internal processes and to challenge our team members to think differently
- Comfortable working with Salesforce reporting and digging into data
- Strong presentation skills with an eye for detail and design

**How you'll grow**

Within 1 month, you'll plant your roots, including:

- Partner with your leader to understand the strategic vision for the Salesforce partnership
- Partner with your leader to define key success metrics for your role and how you will measure success

Within 3 months, you'll start hitting your stride by:

- Expand partner outreach to additional teams and departments
- Present joint Go-To-Market story both internally and externally
- Report on inputs & outputs to showcase impact

Within 6 months, you'll be making a clear impact through:

- Meet and exceed agreed upon revenue and productivity goals and targets
- Improve the partnership strategy with measurable results
- Built strong cross-functional relationships to accelerate the partnership's strategy and results

Within 12 months, you'll make this role your own by:

- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Obtain and act upon team, peer, partner and leadership feedback
- Iterate on partnership plan to create new opportunities
