Weighbridge and Office Administrator Part Time

M O'Brien Group of Companies require a Weighbridge / Office Clerk to operate and ensure the smooth running of a sand quarry / inert landfill weighbridge. Also assisting with administration tasks for the Quarry Manager.
**Job Description**:
- Weigh in / weigh out vehicles with correct documentation.
- Inspect incoming loads in accordance to company procedures.
- Accurately directing incoming vehicles to correct collection / tip locations.
- Efficient and effective communication with plant operatives.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
- Effective telephone manner.
- Ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work.
- Be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel & Word.
Full Time or Part Time opportunity available with working hours between 06:30am - 17:00pm
