Our client based on the outskirts of Salisbury is seeking a **Recruitment Officer** to join their fast-paced HR Team to deliver a pragmatic, compliant, trusted internal resourcing service to the Business. As the **Recruitment Officer, **you will provide HR advice and coaching to line managers on recruitment and onboarding to create a positive recruitment experience for new employees and oversee/fill assigned vacancies.

In your new role as the **Recruitment Officer**, you will:

- Identify and implement attraction methods that increase the equity and diversity of applicants.
- Regularly update noticeboards and careers pages - LinkedIn, Facebook, and group websites with vacancies.
- Assist in the development of assessment centres or events for early careers (graduates and apprentices) as well as other roles.
- Maintain regular communication with key recruitment agencies and suppliers on live vacancies and pipeline.
- Assist in the development and delivery of recruitment skills training and toolkits.
- Organise, attend, and support Career Fayres and other recruitment initiatives or events.
- Assist in the development of an internal and external pipeline of talent to support succession planning.
- Maintain regular contact with new hires to ensure they have a positive onboarding experience.
- Assist in any campaigns or initiatives to help raise brand awareness.
- Support the HR team with initial stages of BPSS and vetting and pre-employment medicals or surveillance.
- Ensure compliance to the HR People Policy.
- Support wider HR Department with general HR admin as and when required.
- Perform other duties, commensurate with the position, that may be required from time to time.

We would really like to speak with you if you have a CIPD Level 3 Qualification or proven experience in the recruitment process and have basic knowledge in Employment Law.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
