This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our friendly, proactive CareMatch membership team. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for energetic and positive person to support new and existing carer members through our onboarding processes. You will focus on the recruitment and retention of the carer members and with the collaboration of the other recruiters, community champions and coaches enhance the carer membership engagement and experience at every level.

CareMatch are looking for a full time membership recruiter to join our membership team. The role offers remote working, with the requirement to attend the office in Salisbury at least 2 days a week.

Main Responsibilities
**Key tasks**:

- Membership Advertising - Working with the marketing team and local communities to place CareMatch ads in local media, job boards, social media and websites - being proactive in seeking new places to advertise. Ensuring CareMatch ads are relevant and competitive within the care industry, by keeping up to date with current pay rates and benefits.
- Liaise with coaches/ community champions and manager - regularly to ensure CareMatch has the required membership numbers for the service.
- Database Administration - maintain the CareMatch membership database/platform and work across all CareMatch systems. Ensuring members' information is accurate and kept up to date.
- G-Suite/Hubs - Ensuring the new member has been set up with access to the appropriate apps with assistance from our IT team (hub, g-suite, tagging app, easylog app, community access and Stripe etc).
- Confidence to call prospective members to gain their trust and ensure we get an accurate membership profile.
- Assertive, but personable - a definite people person, organised and able to manage high volumes of membership traffic across their desk
- Previous knowledge of membership recruitment processes including RTW, DBS etc
- Preferable, but not essential of experience working in the Social Care industry or within Customer service.
- Excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills (knowledge of databases/ CRM/ATS)
- Knowledge of the best places to post job advertisements.
- The ability to work alone and as part of a larger team
- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
