Essex, United Kingdom Hunterwell Recruitment Ltd Full time

I have 3 questions for you and it’s not multiple choice
- Are you stuck behind a desk 5 days a week?
- Are you working for volume house builder?
- Are you exhausted with a relentless workload?

If you’re ready for a fresh challenge and fancy something a bit different this could be just the role you.

I’m looking for a New Homes Customer Care or Senior Customer Care Coordinator who is highly proficient in their current role, with a proven track record of dealing with escalated complaints, complex defects, and demanding customers - pretty standard I hear you say.

Here’s where we mix it up as you’ll also be expected to:

- Conduct Home Demonstrations with the aim of achieving 10/10 feedback on all survey responses.
- Carry out Customer Care 2nd Inspections on plots with a view to signing off units/plots as complete.
- Look to be undertaking the majority of second inspections in the region.
- Conduct 2/3 customer visits each week to inspect/assess warranty issues raised and progress with relevant trades or Customer Care Operatives to close out issues.
- Manage the Customer Care Operatives, Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure all the queries are addressed and recorded accurately in line with SLA’s.
- Work alongside Site Managers, Project Managers and Contractors to ensure works are carried out on time and to the homeowner’s expectations.
- Manage initial snagging lists from start to finish ensuring everything is cleared within the SLA’s ensuring the best customer journey for the first 8 weeks.

It’s all about quality over quantity with this Award-Winning Developer who not only create stunning homes, they’re also hugely proud of achieving a customer satisfaction score of 96% from their purchasers.

You might already be a Senior Coordinator or a Coordinator who has the skills and experience to step up. Ideally you’ll have an insight or some experience around the additional responsibilities or maybe not, I’d still be interested in having a conversation with you.
