Event Coordinator

As a Customer Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring tenants, companies and returning customers to the Winslade Manor Group of companies have a recognisable point of contact. You will create and deliver a calendar of events to maximise customer participation and to ensure we have the means to communicate with an ever growing community what’s on, how they can benefit and what they can expect if they want to make an event booking, take part in competitive socialising or just want to meet other tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Manage 3 key databases that Winslade Manor Ltd has and to create regular newsletter content.
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on product releases, service changes, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the range of services on offer meet the needs of the customers
- Manage and maintain a regular calendar of events to maximise customer participation.
- Sell studio (Winslade Manor Leisure Ltd) membership
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Working as part of our team their responsibilities will include liaising with clients planning, organising, and executing various types of events. These events can range from corporate conferences, seminars, trade shows, and product launches to social gatherings such as weddings, parties, and charity fundraisers.
The primary goal of the Event Coordinator is to ensure that events run smoothly, efficiently, and successfully, meeting or exceeding the expectations of the clients and attendees.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to foresee potential issues and address them proactively.
- Budgeting and financial management skills to maintain cost-effective event planning.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to create unique event experiences and handle unforeseen challenges.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak event periods.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
