We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Events Team Member Apprentice to join our team at Exeter College. As a key member of our Events Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, covering reception duties, and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting the Events Team Leader with event delivery, including setting up rooms, IT connectivity, and catering requirements
  • Communicating with customers using various methods, including face-to-face, phone, email, and social media
  • Assisting with event planning, coordination, and evaluation

You will be supported to complete your Apprenticeship alongside experienced staff, learning about various processes and systems while becoming an exceptional team player.
