As a Global Support Specialist (UK Fulfillment), you will be responsible for supporting with the management of UK portfolios. In this role, you will be required to collaborate with internal team members to meet annual compliance deadlines, oversee the completion of ad hoc transactions, and assist with corporate secretarial and governance needs on behalf of the clients we serve.
Someone who loves problem solving, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. Our most successful employees are deadline-driven, agile, and work well as a team player or independently. This role requires a strong ability to prioritize, a high-level of organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively given mínimal direction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with global team members via Salesforce CRM
- Timely review, response, and fulfillment of team members and client’s requests
- Researching and evaluation of requirements necessary for corporate filings
- Fulfill annual compliance for our UK entities (Annual Confirmation Statements and Annual Accounts)
- Assist with transactional filings such as director changes, share allotments and strike offs and dissolutions.
- Help draft a range of company secretarial documents such as directors’ resolutions, statutory registers and Companies House forms
- Help maintain our clients minute books with our third-party provider.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and other such tasks as maybe required
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
- Relevant Company Secretarial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to manage a high-volume of work while adhering to quality performance standards
- Ambition to welcome challenges and strive to out-perform set goals and expectations
- Agility to work independently or in a team setting, often with mínimal direction
- Problem-solving skills, including research and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace new systems, technology, and processes
- Model CSC values of service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and being genuine.
- Interest in completing the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme with the CGI (Formerly ICSA)
