Administration Assistant

Key duties to include:
General administration and office tasks, to include:

- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with new enquiries
- Responding to questions / requests for information
- Scanning and photocopying
- Taking and distributing minutes
- Purchasing ad-hoc items as required
- Assist in the scanning and filing of archive materials in accordance with the company’s EMS.
- Accurate and efficient preparation of documentation including typing letters, reports (sometimes lengthy and complex) and other business documents.
- Providing project & documentation support and file management, including databases, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Maintaining various digital and hard copy records relating to everyday company operations, including the Company’s Approved Suppliers List.
- Processing sales invoices on Xero and uploading project details and purchase orders on WorkFlowMax.
- Monitoring office supplies and reordering them as needed.
- Arranging meetings on behalf of staff, including booking meeting spaces and organising refreshments.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
- Other duties that may be required, which are not considered key.

**Requirements**:

- Essential: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word & Excel, and pdf packages

Preferable:

- Knowledge of Workflow Max/Xero software or equivalent.

Position Type:
Hours:

- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

**Salary**:

- £19,000 per annum - pro rata if part time / job share

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ivybridge, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
