**Position Overview**
- Supporting the Verra Mobility Commercial Team's activities. The role will work with opportunity owners and account managers to develop strategies for growing the business design and to solve customer issues (meeting customers at their highest point of need,) drawing on input from the Product, Engineering and Operations teams.
- Enhancing business growth and the Verra Mobility brand through:
- Presenting at external forums including for specific business opportunities
- Assisting with proposal strategy and development
- Drafting/supporting content for marketing, case studies, thought leadership pieces and research papers
- Interfacing with internal teams on technical product challenges
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support and develop win strategies for opportunities working with the Opportunity Owner, Global Product and Global Bid Management teams
- Understanding of client technical needs and market trends to evolve Verra Mobility's value-based offering and assist with issue resolution
- Developing relationships with Verra Mobility SMEs in the design of competitive solutions
- Promoting visibility of Verra Mobility's technical expertise
- Developing and maintaining strong constructive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and engaging effectively with other business leaders and Verra Mobility executives as required
- Be the expert and a technical yet commercially aware role model in the external marketplace.
**Qualifications**
- Strong technical and service delivery consulting skills
- Experience with business development lifecycles
- Highly developed commercial awareness to identify, shape and engineer business deals
- Proven ability to present to stakeholders
- Experience working with governmental agencies at Federal, State, Provincial and local levels.
- Knowledge of traffic enforcement technology and services
- Net Retention Revenue Target
- New Business/Scope Revenue and Bookings Targets
- Qualified Pipeline Targets
- Achievement of individual OKRs
- Increase in awareness across external clients of Verra Mobility capabilities and offerings
- Customer feedback/reference ability rating
- Understand, be accountable, and hold others to account, for complying with the WHS management system
