Experienced Consultant – Design, Engineering and Technical

We are a highly successful expanding specialist recruitment company with over 20 years of success and a strong reputation within the industry. We are looking for an experienced and intelligent consultant to join our truly successful Design, Engineering and Technical division.

As a key player in our Design, Engineering & Technical Recruitment division, you’ll work with an established portfolio of high-profile clients, from ambitious scale-ups aiming to disrupt their markets to industry-leading corporations with billion-pound turnovers. This desk offers a unique opportunity to partner with some of the most innovative and visionary leaders in the technical and engineering sectors. You won’t just be filling positions; you’ll be building strategic partnerships, understanding clients’ long-term objectives, and delivering value as a trusted advisor.

Marine experience is not essential, we focus on methods of working and drive. This is an extremely high billing desk with the opportunity to expand and become an industry leading figure.

Proven Recruitment Experience: Ideally a background in technical or engineering recruitment, with a track record of high performance.
