Lincoln Emergency department is a small friendly team that requires a reception supervisor

To supervise the work of the team involved in delivering a clerical and reception service in the Accident & Emergency Department.

To be responsible for organising the provision of an efficient reception and clerical service.

To ensure that patients and their relatives receive a quality service when attending the department.

Supervising the small friendly reception team in Lincoln Emergency department, whilst supporting the emergency department sister and consultants with general admin tasks.
