Scania GB have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills to fill the position of Contact Support Administrator You will be responsible for supporting the existing team with varying administration al duties associated with the loading of all Scania R&M and Service contracts, this also includes the management of the UK Contracted Services inbox, providing support to both of our internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The loading of R&M and Service contracts on behalf of the Scania captive network.
- Supporting the UK Contracted Services shared mailbox, to assist the wider captive and non-captive network with contract related queries.
- Investigating and resolution of invoice and finance queries.
- Processing and sending out copy VAT schedules and copy invoices to Scania end user customers.
- Completion of Month End activities in accordance with agreed Scania process, including the dissemination of monthly invoices
- Auditing and health-checking the Scania R&M Portfolio, ensuring live contracts have been correctly loaded in accordance with agreed process and SLA.
- Termination and Pending reporting activities related to the processing of R&M and Service contracts
- Supporting the wider department with varying administrative and supporting activities.

David has been with Scania for the past 4 years who heads up a team of 7 who’s main task is support internal network partners and our external end-user customers. David’s team are incredibly welcoming and are looking for someone who is a real team player. This role means you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work of your own initiative.
