We are looking for Poppy Appeal Administrator to be part of our new team responsible for increasing charitable donations to the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal campaign.
You will provide day to day administrative support to the Contactless Planning Lead, Cashless planning Manager and wider Poppy Appeal teams, including volunteer relationship managers responsible for supporting 1000s of volunteers to fundraise using cashless technology.
As the contactless administrator, you will contribute to the effective and efficient allocation and deployment of contactless terminals by managing data, responding to volunteer relationship manager queries and using a bespoke management portal to ensure terminals are allocated to the correct volunteer.
You will play an important part with - the Contactless Lead - of futureproofing and developing the use of contactless payment technology and safeguarding vital donations.

Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.**
