**Chartered Building Surveyor - North Oxford**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Our client is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their busy and expanding Building Consultancy team based in North Oxford. You will report to the Head of Building Consultancy based in their Kettering office and work on a variety of commercial and residential projects across the country.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting pre-acquisition building surveys, schedules of condition, schedules of works and dilapidations
- Managing client relationships, providing fee quotes, arranging appointments and meeting deadlines
- Project management, CDM, party wall, planned maintenance programmes and rebuild cost assessments
- Working independently and as part of a team, with administrative support from the office

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- To be an RICS Registered Building Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience
- To have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- To have a good knowledge of building regulations, construction methods and materials
- To have a full UK driving licence and access to a car

**This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum depending on experience**, flexible working hours, pension scheme, professional development and a friendly working environment to name just a few of the perks
