Are you a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper seeking an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company? Look no further Our client is currently hiring a dedicated Bookkeeper to handle a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth financial operations of their organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing Management**: Utilise the QuickBooks system to efficiently generate and process tenant invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Supplier Relations**: Conduct regular stock checks and manage product ordering from suppliers, maintaining positive and professional relationships.

**Credit Control**: Oversee credit control processes, effectively managing outstanding payments and ensuring prompt resolutions.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Take full control of company accounts, performing bank reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.

**Financial Reporting**: Conduct monthly meetings with Directors to discuss financial matters and prepare quarterly management accounts.

**Purchase and Sales Ledger**: Manage invoice generation, supplier invoice input, account management, and monthly remittance while implementing effective credit control practices.

**Tenant and Supplier Liaison**: Interact with tenants and suppliers to address rent and purchase-related inquiries, fostering excellent communication.

**Rent Arrears Management**: Proactively address and chase rent arrears, ensuring efficient resolution and financial stability.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and timely records, facilitating appropriate business actions and informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:
**Bookkeeping Expertise**: Demonstrate strong bookkeeping skills, encompassing invoicing, credit control, and bank reconciliation, among other responsibilities.

**QuickBooks Proficiency**: Proficiently navigate and utilise the QuickBooks system to streamline financial processes.

**Financial Reporting Experience**: Possess experience in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.

**Excellent Communication**: Communicate effectively with tenants, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring clear and concise interactions.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Exhibit proactive problem-solving abilities, addressing financial challenges with efficiency and resourcefulness.

**Organisational Skills**: Maintain a well-organized approach to tasks and time management, meeting deadlines with ease.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Cultivate strong business relationships with stakeholders, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.

**Attention to Detail**: Showcase meticulous attention to detail when handling financial data and records.

**Experience in High-Volume Environment**: Comfortably handle a high volume of incoming queries, prioritising responses effectively.
