**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work alongside our Administration team as we continue to scale the organisation.

Working alongside our Senior Executive Administrator (SEA) helping to ensure the efficient and effective running of the business, this role offers a broad scope of responsibilities across the Executive and Operations function.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, support and improve administrative processes. Actively seeking to improve the admin function that supports multiple departments across the organisation including Finance, HR and Marketing
- Travel management
- Scheduling meetings and tracking actions
- Assist with expenses and invoice reconciliations
- Working with the SEA on Administrative and Operations projects
- Deputise for the SEA as and when required
Ensuring the smooth running of our offices, including preparing meeting rooms, collecting deliveries, and assisting with employee engagement activities.

**Your Experience**:
**Essential**:

- 2-4 years experience in a busy administrative role
- Experience supporting, planning and delivering projects
- Experience working with a senior management team/s
- Positive approach to problem solving. Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment

**Desirable**
***:

- Experience with finance administration (accounting systems / spreadsheets)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload whilst knowing when to refer to management
- Decision making - able to make decisions within the remit of the position
- Works well in a team environment whilst understanding when independent work is required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
