**The Role**:

- To provide full administrative support to the Turnover rents team and the monthly reporting on the properties that managed by agents. To understand the varied roles and responsibilities within the team and to assist colleagues where required. To be proactive and responsive in chasing for missing information and keeping the team informed._
- _Salary: Starting from £28,000 per annum_

**The Team**:

- Turnover team is part of the Group Finance team at Landsec, and consist of three management accountants reporting to the Finance reporting manager. The team is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the rental income and is the key point of contact for the wider business for the rental income related queries and reporting. The team work closely with internal stakeholders such as, asset managers, investment team, management agents and auditors._

**What you will be responsible for**:

- _Managing the tracker of the annual turnover certificate._
- _Responsible for clearing historical backlog of missing annual certificates for turnover rent reconciliations._
- _Uploading annual certificates to Corporate Library._
- _Ensuring Retail Advantage sales data is accurate and up to date._
- _Responsible for rent review process._
- _Responsible for the monthly journal posting for those properties that managed by agents._

**Your skills, experience and qualifications**:
**Essential criteria**
- _Part Qualified/ Opportunity to study towards Accountancy qualification (AAT, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc)_
- _Highly numerate with basic accounting and reporting skills_
- _Experience of effectively prioritizing work to meet deadlines and/or changing priorities_
- _Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc_
- _Ability to demonstrate an eye for detail, producing work to a high degree of accuracy_
