**About the job**
- Assist with finance tasks such as coding and batching invoices, following up with clients, suppliers, and other administrative tasks
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly P&L reports and supporting management accounts
- Assist with General Ledger and Balance sheet reconciliations
- Regular review of Account receivables and follow up of overdue items (Aging Balance)
- Review stock levels and ensuring accurate records keeping. Investigating the differences between the actual and theoretical and reporting to management where variances are
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Ensure effective solution-oriented communication within the department and with other operation departments
- Assist in adhoc finance department tasks and responsibilities as required
**Required skills**
- Part ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) would be an advantage
- Proven experience in Finance administration; ideally 2 years in the restaurants or hospitality industry
- Strong financial & analytical skills, with a strong attention to details
- Good time management & organizational skills
- Able to communicate with staff at a non-technical level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Excel and Word
- You must be eligible to work in UK
