Sport It First is a well-established online fashion retailer, dealing with top brands on an array of platforms. We have recently re-branded and are looking to grow our team alongside our online presence.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for the maintenance and customer satisfaction of online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and more. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Effectively assisting our customer service operative in ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handling phone calls when our customer service operative is unavailable.
- Troubleshoot any incorrect customer orders.
- Monitoring active product listings and seller performance on all allocated marketplaces.
- Optimising and developing product listings and data where applicable.
- Aiding with the product listing and development onto new online marketplaces.
- Responding to our feedback and review channels e.g., TrustPilot.

**What we want from you**:

- Experience in using Excel in a commercial environment.
- Direct hands-on experience with online marketplaces.
- Great team worker with desire to learn.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit attention to detail.
- A good command of the English language, in particular spelling and grammar.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience handling phone calls.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
