Our Skills Trainers manage in house delivery sessions to groups of learners ensuring timely completion of a range of qualifications. They focus on delivering sessions to learners identified with Basic Skills needs and help them to overcome barriers and assist with their progressions. Our Tutors provide their learners with advice on how to maximise their ability and learning skills with the aim of making a positive impact on their learner’s lives.

**Have you got what it takes?**

You should have a real passion for what you do along with experience of working with young people and/or unemployed individuals. Ideally you will hold a recognised teaching/training qualification or studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education) You will need have the ability to advise learners on how to maximise their own ability and learning skills.
