**Description**

The Opportunity

The Training Manager is a key role at Søstrene Grene and will ensure consistent on-boarding and induction for all new employees across the retail portfolio by delivering training, workshops, and other programs contributing to our customers enjoying a fantasticshopping experience though first-class customer service.

Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager, you will support new store opening across the country and drive performance through training, workshops and bespoke programmes contributing a high performing team.

We are looking for a Training Manager who embodies the feeling and passion for the brand to develop our colleagues, as we continue our growth across the UK

Our Training Manager will be part of a strong team of people who work together to foster a positive culture and provide our customers with exceptional store standards.

As an experienced trainer, you will coach colleagues to consistently deliver best-in-class service, define a training strategy and create training presentations. You will have demonstrable training and coaching experience, with a proven ability to developteams in a retail setting, coupled with shopfloor experience.

Along with shop-floor training, you will master our internal IT training systems to deliver training for our new Store Managers are part of their induction - this will include, SameSystem workforce management.
