Due to the continued growth and expansion of our service department, a number new and exciting employment opportunities have become available based at our head office on Colburn Business Park, Catterick Garrison.

Working within a busy Service Desk Team, you will be on the front line for our rapidly growing customer base, providing first class customer support and advice in line with our portfolio of products and services.
- inbound technical support requests (hardware and software related)
- provide advice and to perform troubleshooting techniques in a live environment
- diagnose faults/parts required when necessary and to subsequently raise support tickets
- assist with any other software related support function incl. footage review & downloads
- deal with engineer bookings including all associated administration tasks

You will handle a new request from the initial reporting of the issue, through to scheduling an engineer, requesting kit dispatches and arranging site visit appointments convenient to the customer, ensuring the customer is completely satisfied.

You must be able to work efficiently within an extremely busy environment and will be required to adhere to strict Customer SLA’s.

The role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

- High pressured customer service/call centre environment
- First line technical support
- Service Department
- Automotive/CCTV industry

Full Training on our bespoke systems will be provided.

**Education/Qualifications**:

- High school or equivalent, good standard of English and Maths.
