**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Leader to join the Emergency Department (ED) within Manx Care on the beautiful Isle of Man.

As Team Leader in ED, your primary purpose is to oversee the daily operations, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to patients in a timely and efficient manner. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that empowers the nursing team to achieve their full potential.
