Safeguarding Children's and Safeguarding Adults' Team is seeking a capable, hardworking, highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Administrator who would provide comprehensive administrative support.

The successful applicant will have substantial office experience and an excellent working knowledge of Windows-based computer packages, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Also holding an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

This is a part
- time position of 30 hours a week, which will be worked over 4 days a week between Monday-Friday. It can be negotiated which day during the week will be allocated as day off. The required working hours are 09:00am-5:00pm.

The post holder will be based in the office at Priestley Wharf, Holt Street, Birmingham Science Park, Aston, B7 4BN, Birmingham. The post holder may be required occasionally work at MASH office in Birmingham.

**Interview date: Wednesday 22nd March 2023 and Thursday 23rd March 2023. The interviews will be conducted virtually through Teams.
