**The Opportunity**

Options Autism, are recruiting an Administrator to join our existing team within the North Lincolnshire area.

At Barton School, we work directly with vulnerable children with Autism and complex needs.

The home is **based in Barton-upon-Humber** and is within commutable distance of Winterton, Scunthorpe and surrounding towns and villages.

**The Role**

In brief the role would involve:

- Supporting members of the wider administration team
- Answering calls into the business and greeting visitors
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Using inhouse IT and HR systems
- Operate at all times in accordance with Company policies and procedures, with particular reference to Safeguarding and Adult Protection

Who we are looking for:
This role would suit a confident and highly organised administrator with a flexible approach to their work and previous administration experience. Business Administration Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential

The following skills are essential:

- Relevant experience within a similar, fast paced Administration role
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and prioritise workloads
- Effective and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
