**About The Role**:
You’ll be working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, that will enable you to build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to become a highly effective administrator. You’ll be surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the coordination and scheduling of the Academy Induction Programme
- To play a crucial part in ensuring we deliver a world class induction and a fantastic onboarding experience for all retail employees
- Organise and schedule webinar training
- Update online training records
- Update internal training trackers
- Create and submit weekly and monthly reports
- Communicate and liaise with showroom management

**About You**:

- Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English and Maths GCSEs
- Ability to self-manage including effective time/diary management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands on positive attitude
