**Job profile**
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator who is organised, driven and versatile. The role will report into the Marketing Executive and indirectly into the Sales Controller and sit within the sales team to ensure full integration across the sales and marketing functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
To provide support to the wider Commercial Team and in particular Marketing and Customer Management, being the point of contact at office base and managing all administrative aspects, to include:

- Supporting Marketing Executive on delivering brand and marketing initiatives to support the vision, mission, goals and strategies to grow the _**Arden’s brand OR Partner Brands**_
- Supporting trade and consumer shows with guidance from Marketing Executive.
- Supporting the National Account Manager with the day to day administration, planning and development of Wholesalers and hampers to enable the pull through within the independent channel.
- Being the point of call for sales and marketing in the office for day to day requests.
- Work cross functionally with other teams to ensure that all areas of the business are kept fully informed in a timely and clear manner;
- Sales Samples Management - collating, managing, packing & sending out
- Commercial Warehouse Responsibility - Working as part of a cross functional team to maintain Warehouse: General cleanliness, tidiness, health and safety requirements etc;
- Health & Safety - managing some of the day to day needs of our business from a H&S perspective, along with the internal & external reporting

**Key skills**
- Creative with ability to think out of box
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Must possess excellent administration and work load/time-management skills;
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Ability to work as part of a team and cross functionally across a business
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);

- Ambition to progress in a growth driven medium sized organisation

**General Duties**
- Observe the provisions of and adhere to all Arden’s policies and procedures, and ensure that at all times all aspects of quality, food safety, authenticity and legality are not compromised, where lack of clarity exists it is incumbent on you to seek advice or clarification.
- To maintain confidentiality and abide by the Data Protection Act;
- To be familiar with and follow health and safety policy and procedures and to be aware of individual responsibilities under legislation, drawing any areas of potential risk to the attention of managers.
- To undertake any other duties which are deemed appropriate to the role when requested by Senior staff members.
- The above indicates the main duties of the post which may be reviewed in the light of experience and development within Arden’s. Any review will be undertaken in conjunction with the post holder.
