**Office Administrator & Technical Support**

**Office based - Central Edinburgh**

We have an opportunity to join an Education and Training Company in a varied role where you will be providing both Administrative and Technical support within an office environment.

Applicants must have administrative experience, working within an office environment:

- Data Entry
- Filing
- Archiving and organising paperwork.
- Printing, scanning and posting out documents.
- Experience with databases
- Data entry experience
- Awareness of GDPR rules and practices (data protection)
- The ability to effectively edit and proofread documents, write reports and take down meeting minutes ( good spelling, grammar, vocabulary and writing skills)

Applicants also require strong Computer / IT / Technical Skills:

- All Microsoft Office programmes e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience using SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive, or similar.
- Technical assistance with setting up hardware (PC’s, printers, mobile phones, etc.).
- Technically minded and able to problem solve IT issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
