**About the Role**:
Are you looking for an entry level administration role which offers an opportunity to build your career while making a real difference helping to ensure justice in Scotland? If so this may be a great opportunity for you. The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service are currently recruiting for entry level administration positions within their Tayside Central and Fifie Sheriffdom. You may be looking to start your career or already have administration experience and looking for a change, but you should have an interest in the Criminal Justice Sector.

The role of a Fiscal Officer post will allow you to take on an important role within Scotland’s sole prosecution service; providing administrative support to colleagues in all aspects of the preparation of case papers, reports, and any other associated administration work within COPFS.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the Criminal Justice Sector while providing a first-class service to your colleagues and service users such as victims & witnesses and defence agents, COPFS are supportive of continuous learning and offer people the opportunity to learn and develop in role.

You must be passionate about serving the public interest at all times; able to work effectively within a team; have literacy and fluency in English; strong word processing skills, strong organisational skills and it would be desirable to have an understanding of the work of COPFS.
