Uber Recruit are working in partnership with our client who design and install their innovative products. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Coordinator to join their team based at their office in Broxburn.

This is a permanent position, working 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday (8.30am-4.30pm would also be considered).
- Answering all telephone enquiries to the office, referring to colleagues where necessary, so that the issue is progressed and customers receive a prompt, efficient and courteous service.
- Provide day to day support for the Contracts Manager; including receiving checking and updating orders, maintaining / updating the database and Sage systems, maintaining / placing and tracking purchase orders with suppliers, tracking and progressing deliveries, updating the progress of contracts.
- Progress Supply only contracts, liaise with Suppliers, Transport and Customers to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.
- Issue Maintenance, Installation and certificates to relevant parties.
- Ensuring communication with the Contracts Manager, Warehouse Manager to complete contracts within the agreed timescales.
- Maintenance of records.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering / purchasing supplies as required.

The position will also include some accounts duties (20%) including:

- Day to day accounts processing of Purchase ledger, to ensure invoices are posted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of Supplier accounts and Supplier Statement reconciliation - monthly.
- Manage Employee Expenses, checking receipts to ensure they’re accurately recorded.
- Responsibility for daily maintenance of Cash Book and Petty Cash records and completion of a cash reconciliation at month end.
- Reconcile Bank account to Sage on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Prepare and circulate monthly Sales Product Analysis.
- Maintenance of KPI schedules relating to our Suppliers. Including Top Ten analysis and Supplier Order Tracker report.
- Provide Credit Control support to the Commercial Manager on an ongoing basis.

Experience/Skills required:

- Experience of Sales/Purchase Ledger would be advantageous however full training will be given for the right person.
- Proactive individual who is able to work on their own initiative and work closely with Management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
- Experience of using all Microsoft Packages. Sage would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, as they will be communicating with various internal teams, managers and customers.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- contracts/maintenance admin: 2 years (preferred)
