Customer Account Executive

Juice are presently collaborating with a reputable company based in Bradford.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to contribute to the customer onboarding process within the business.
- **Salary up to £36k DOE**
- **Hybrid working 1 or 2 day a week at home**
- **Hours - Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (with half a day Friday every other week)**

**The role**:
- As an integral member of the customer service team, it is imperative to cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers through high-quality communication. This involves collaborating closely with planning to ensure 100% order fulfilment and providing appropriate aftercare for all assigned customer accounts, along with delivering timely and accurate information as needed.
- Ensure meticulous sales reporting and proficient management of revenue opportunities and accruals, facilitating robust financial reporting processes.
- Maintain a continuous review of category performance against the annual plan and forecast, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain consistent and proactive contact with customers, keeping them fully informed of order progress while identifying and highlighting any additional sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on allocated customers and the broader marketplace, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of evolving needs and trends.
- Coordinate new product development efforts with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful launches.
- Exercise control over aged stock to minimize the costs associated with obsolescence.
- Identify new sales opportunities to bolster volume and revenue growth, while effectively communicating market intelligence to relevant company personnel.
- Liaise with factory personnel to optimize order fulfilment processes and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for annual planning and budgeting activities related to customer accounts.
- Actively contribute to company improvement initiatives and participate constructively in projects as needed.
- Undertake special projects, whether site-based or customer-driven, as required, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred
- Pharmaceutical or Packaging experience is desirable for the higher pay bracket.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
