**Job Title: Customer Account Advisor**

**Location: Bradford (Hybrid working available following successful probationary period)**

**Salary: £26,100 per annum depending on experience**

**About the role**

**As a Customer Account Advisor, you will be responsible for;**
- Recovering debt from existing and former customers whilst delivering excellent customer service, in line with Anchor values.
- Identifying improvements in how we manage debt.
- Working closely with the financial inclusion team to support customers.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Following policies and procedures relating to debt recovery.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of debt recovery matters.
- Training and supporting your local teams to provide great service

**About You**

**If you have experience of**:

- Working in a customer focussed environment.
- Debt recovery processes for rented and homeownership tenures.
- Handling complex resident issues.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work on own initiative but also be part of a high performing team

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Knowledge of relevant operational procedures in the management customer debt recovery.
- Clear understanding of critical areas of compliance and external regulatory legislation.
- Knowledge of the expectations of the of the Regulator of Social Housing
- Awareness regarding Safeguarding of vulnerable adults and the Mental Capacity Act
