We are working with a Housing Developer based in Warrington who are looking for a **Customer Care Co-ordinator** to cover for 4 weeks within the office in Warrington
- This will be to work within a busy, fast paced environment, offering a really varied set of duties - a great opportunity to learn and develop your skill set

**The Role**
- Answering calls from customers
- Logging home defects/issues in Clixifix - Experience of working on Clixifix, would be an advantage
- Liaising with relevant contractor and the customer to arrange required repairs
- Checking with customer that repairs have been completed

**Skills and experience**
- **Housing experience either with local authority or housing association would be an advantage**:

- You will have a strong background within Customer Service: call centre based and client facing
- You will be IT literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to Commute:

- Warrington, Cheshire (required)

Ability to Relocate:
