**Role**:Shipping Co-Ordinator (Transport Planner)
**Salary**: £14.87 P/H (PAYE)
**Location**:Warrington Based - 2 Days Working From Home
**Duration**: 6 Month Contract - Possibility To Be Extended
**Shifts**: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (Flexible Start/Finish Times)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completion of Export documentation (Proforma’s, Labels & Shipping Notes, Country of Origin Certification, Dangerous Goods Certificates, Certificates of Conformities)
- Liaising with Customers and Carriers to arrange and ensure time sensitive bookings are adhered to.
- To facilitate the freight invoice process in line with various carrier invoices through to payment.
- Managing and highlighting exceptions through resolution.

**Experience of**:

- Experience of using SAP
- Export Regulation Knowledge
- Customs Warehouse Experience
- Ability to use own initiative and resolve problems
- Organisational and administration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £28,609.00 per year
